Geez people, even though its only reported Ryo as NEWS member, people know he's a both a NEWS and Kanjani 8 member anyways. why do you have to drag NEWS' name only to the bad things?

I hope thats the only punishment he will get "6 months banned from driving" instead of suspension, because Goro got suspended before for kinda similar offense:

"In 2001, Inagaki was involved in a traffic altercation. He was charged with assault of a police officer during a hit-and-run after he tried to escape when she gave him a parking ticket.[1] Ingaki was temporarily suspended from all public appearances by Johnny & Associates but SMAP itself continued to perform during concerts at that time."

but of course Goro's was a heavier offense. I'm not sure how Johnnys look into this, the traffic offense or getting someone hurt whatever.
